We start with exercises on land to understand the dynamics of paddling. Then you will learn the parts of the kayak, how to accommodate your body inside, and how to use the paddle (CPR). We will teach you how to put a sea kayak on water and star paddling to the mouth of the Newtown Creek, East River.
