Kayak: Short and Sweet

Shake the day's cobwebs out of your head with a short and sweet trip. The currents and our mood will determine the float plan.  
This week we'll head to the Williamsburg Bridge, maybe stop in Bushwick Inlet. Leisurely pace with breaks.

  • Skill level: Intermediate (see what this means here)
  • Meet:  6:30 PM sharp at Manhattan Avenue Street-End Park
  • Launch Kayaks: 7:00PM
  • Slack: 7:50 PM and the Flood begins
  • Return: 8:15 PM ish
  • Release: 9:00 PM

Dress to get wet, bring water, a snack, etc.

Avoid jeans or other heavy cotton clothing. Bring dry clothes in case you get wet and we have cool weather in the evening.
