WE'RE LAUNCHING FROM MANHATTAN AVE. STREET END THIS YEAR.
We will paddle down around Roosevelt Island, then relax and let the current push us back home. I'm launching with plenty of time to get around the island, so we can take it slow and enjoy the sunset on the way out of the creek. I'm hoping to get some advanced paddle signups so we can open up some slots for less experienced paddlers to join. This trip has at least 6 ferry terminal crossings, so being in the right place on the river is important. Bring enough water and dress appropriately for the weather (it is getting colder in the evenings).
