We will paddle with the flood up the river to Hallett's Cove. With slack being at 8.02PM, we will round the light tower on Roosevelt Island and paddle back against the decreasing flood to with last light. Bring drinking water and dress for the weather.
Previous experience and NBCB trips in decked kayak are required.
