We will paddle with the flood up the the river and stop at Hallet's Cove to practice how to land and launch from a beach. Please bring water shoes, booties or closed sandals (no flip flops ) to participate. With slack being at 8.30PM, we won't stay long to round the tip of Roosevelt Island. Bring a power bar and plenty of drinking water, because we will have to paddle back against the decreasing flood to return with last light.
Previous experience and NBCB trips in decked kayak are required.
