We'll pull the boats up on the sandy beach at Hallet's cove for a rest as we wait for slack. A perfect time to visit the sculpture park if you haven't been or its been awhile. ( Yes, you may also go to Costco and get pizza! )
Please dress for autumn weather: non-cotton clothes in layers. We'll be keeping an eye on the forecast for Sunday. We are hoping for the best! However if it looks like definite rain we will need to reschedule the trip ( if you register, you receive an email as such ).
Also, you'll see that there are two types of registration for this event, "Beginner" and "Intermediate." Please choose "Intermediate" only if a NBBC canoe trip leader has certified you as such and your sterning skill is known to NBBC. We will add more "Beginner" slots as experienced stern paddlers sign up!
