We will be paddling north up the East River against dying ebb. Paddlers should be comfortable fighting 2 knot current as we go up the West Channel. Will see how far we can go before turning around and coming back at around slack time (8pm). The weather reports looks good so far with warm weather and no wind.
Vlad Shkapenyuk will be acting as a TL for accessment purposes, but Juan will be the actual TL for reasons of insurance and liability.
