With low slack being around 5.00 PM, there will be no convenient way to get anywhere and we have little choice to beat the river or stay home. If you like to build up you stamina, work on a better forward stroke or like to learn a few tricks to paddle against the current, this work out paddle is for you. Previous experience in our decked sea kayaks is required.
It should be cooler that day, but please bring plenty of drinking water and dress for the hot weather.
