The paddling season is upon us! Come out to this skills and drills to learn the fundamentals of canoeing. Maybe you've never been in a boat before. Maybe you just want to brush up on the ol' j-stroke. We'll practice our paddle strokes in a protected part of Newtown Creek. Bring a hat and lots of questions.
This trip will launch at Manhattan Ave Street End Park. Just keep walking through the parking lot and you'll see our big shipping container. You can't miss it.
