All members are welcome to meetings of NBBC's Steering Committee.
At these meetings, committee coordinators bring up issues that need broader discussion, heap praise upon outstanding member-volunteers, and discuss the future direction of the club.
Steering Committee operates by consensus, not voting or fiat. Facilitating the meetings is a task that rotates among committee coordinators.
Steering Committee generally meets on the first Tuesday of every month, with some variation for holidays and some breaks for deep winter.
