We'll head out to the East River in tandem canoes, and head East.. Maybe we'll get all the way to Hallet's Cove (maybe not) before we turn around and head back to the boatyard for a fireside potluck.   We'll meet up with the kayakers on the water or back on land.

Scurvy was once a common malady of sailors. Eventually, the connection to a lack of vitamin C was made, but how to get sailors to take their medicine? Admiral Gimlette was a wise man when he invented the Gimlet cocktail, a mix of Lime juice, simple syrup and gin.

Bring food and/or drink to share.
