Sunday is CANADA DAY! And, as many of you know, canoeing is effectively the national sport / mascot of Canada. (Drake not withstanding.)
We'll paddle south down the river to Bushwick Inlet where we'll honor our great northern neighbor by picking up some new skills. Then it's back to the boathouse for some fire fun! That means Beaver Tails (fried bannock rolled in sugar and cinnamon - a national treasure,) sausages and whatever else you want to throw on the BBQ.
If you can't make it for the paddle feel free to stop by for the fun. If we are lucky Elaisha will perform a rousing rendition of the National Anthem.
