FDNY CPR Training

In an emergency, CPR can save a life. FDNY EMS personnel have kindly agreed to come to the boatyard and offer a free, 30-minute class on compressions-only CPR. The course will include: 

• Basic instruction on performing compressions-only CPR
• Basic instruction on how to use an automated external defibrillator
• Practice mannequins for use during class and take-home instructions for follow-up practice. 

Preference will be given to trip leaders and trip assistants. If space allows, we will open up this opportunity to other members as well. Thirty-five participants max.
