Meeting at 9am and taking the flood tide all the way to the Bronx River where we will Canoe Pole up stream to the only old growth forest left in NYC. Returning by 7pm.
Pack plenty of food water and sun protection.
The only canoe trip longer than this is our Manhattan circumnavigation. All participants must be able to paddle for at least 2 hours without a break. Priority given to canoe poling students.
