The paddle of a new generation! Well, an old generation. Well, several generations. At any rate, we're heading to Queens!
And there's a good chance we're bringing a dog along! Can't be too careful. So please don't sign up for this one unless you're OK with possible dog-based adjustments to the itinerary. Thanks!
This will be a brisk paddle up past the Pepsi Sign and probably to under the Fifty-Ninth Street Bridge. If it's hot, maybe we'll do a little rescue practice in Annable Basin. Maybe we'll go to U Thant and look at the cormorants. Maybe we'll just see what the dog feels like doing.

Dress for paddling! Wear light, comfortable, NONCOTTON clothes and shoes that can get wet. Depending on interest and personnel (and temperature!), we could even do a little rescue practice. If you want to do that, bring a change of clothes and a maybe a towel. You can rinse the salt water off back in the boat yard in a cold-water beach shower.
