We'll paddle to Hallet's Cove and land our canoes. We can go to Costco for treats or you can bring your own food for a picnic on the beach, walk around Socrates Sculpture park, or whatever the spirit moves you to do on land. ***Optional rescue practice at Hallet's Cove. *** Bring a change of clothes if you want to swim (I'd also recommend swimming with your shoes on). After our fun on land or water at Hallet's Cove, we'll paddle back along the west side of Roosevelt Island.
