Beginners will enjoy this slightly challenging paddle using sit on top kayaks to view the Queensboro (Ed Koch) Bridge close up along Roosevelt Island.
Dress to get wet and for the late May temperatures. Bring water & a snack if you like and dry clothes to change into later.
There will be a paddle instruction session before we head out into the East River. Get ready to paddle hard and get a workout. We'll practice forward, reverse, turns and stop.
