City Lights paddle to Hallet's Cove on Monday night--and farther if we feel like it.
We *may* be joined by a canine companion for this trip! But said dog will not be in *your* canoe. If this is a concern to anyone, please let the trip leader know in advance.
Dress for paddling! There may be a beach landing, so wear shoes you don't mind getting wet. Bring water and maybe something warm to change into back on land.
Bring a snack if you want to. A Costco food court run might be possible, but we'd have to send a fast canoe ahead to get there before they close (8:30pm). If you think you will be hungry, it's best to bring a snack in case the speedy canoe does not make it.
Don't spend Monday night on your butt looking at a screen; have a little adventure!
