This will be an invigorating sunset paddle for the solidly intermediate paddler. We cross over to Stuyvesand Cove to make our way downriver towards Williamsburg Bridge against a beginning flood current. Cross over at sunset and return under full flood current along the Brooklyn shore.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED MEMBER paddles are generally NOT for new members nor for prior members whose skill level have yet to be assessed and confirmed by one of our NBBC trip leaders. This is particularly true for my weeknight Sunset Paddles which adhere to a tight launch schedule. You must be familiar with our facilities and equipment, have previously graduated from NBBC's BEGINNER trips, participated in skill building paddles - or be assessed PRIOR to this trip by an NBBC trip leader.
