Natalia Lassalle-Morillo, a visual artist and director based in Puerto Rico currently developing a film project in NYC that centers around the Puerto Rican experience in the city. She will be facilitated by our volunteers with filming a scene which is staged at a canoe in the creek. The scene focuses on two performers that are canoeing down the creek while having a conversation. The director, the cinematographer and the sound operator will also be in the water. This might take around 1:30-2 hours on the water including some testing and multiple takes to figure out the best way to realize the scene.
