This work-out trip trip will take you around Roosevelt Island.  With high-slack being at 7:05 PM, we  will paddle against the current to Halllet Cove where will stop for slushy refreshments and/or optional Eskimo rolls.. 

Paddling  partially in the dark and against the current, this trip is for strong intermediate and advanced paddlers only.  

Bring drinking water and dress for the weather.
